In 2021, Mesay and Fikra opened the doors to Kare Ethiopian Restaurant with a simple mission: to bring the true heart of Addis Ababa to Phoenix. This year, we are incredibly proud to celebrate our 3rd Anniversary—three years of sharing our heritage, our spices, and our table with this wonderful community.
